In Italy we run direct service in the north-east from our Ponte di Piave (TV) HQ; elsewhere we work with partner operators trained directly on our machines. Abroad, we support importers with training, spares and remote diagnostics.
What warranty do you offer?
12 months standard warranty on mechanics and electronics, extendable to 24 or 36 months. Spare parts remain available for years, including out of warranty.
Are the machines suitable for outdoor installations?
Some models are designed for semi-open or sheltered outdoor installations. During consultation we assess the location and propose the right configuration (anti-vandal, IP rating, temperature management).
Which payment systems do you support?
Cash (coin acceptor + bill validator), MDB cashless, NFC/contactless, QR code and custom integrations with corporate systems or hotel PMS.
Do you only work with large companies or also individuals?
